As a Software Engineer in our Marketing Operations team, you will play a crucial role in taking our web properties to the next level. Your work will focus on developing and optimizing our main website (aiven.io) and will directly contribute to improving web conversion rates, user engagement, and overall performance. We're seeking an individual who is not only passionate about web technologies but also brings a vision and drive to excel in this dynamic field.
You combine robust technical skills with a keen understanding of the business value derived from various development options and can strategically guide development efforts to align with Aiven's goals and market demands. You are adept at navigating the intersection of technology and business, able to clearly articulate the benefits of different web development approaches to less-technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the initiative and collaborative spirit necessary to coordinate with other teams, ensuring our web presence is optimized to deliver maximum business value.
You will be a part of our world-class Marketing Operations team that builds and develops innovative solutions to engage with our audience and drive business success. We are committed to fostering a culture of fairness, trust, and transparency
Our current main website tech stack consists of React, Remix, Typescript, Zod, Sanity, Tailwind CSS, Storybook, Playwright.
