That's why he and his colleagues created the Thoughtworks Technology Radar and Looking Glass Report, which focus on these very topics. Throughout his career, Erik has been an advocate of agile values and open source software. He is a regular speaker at international conferences, has contributed to several books and maintains several open source projects. Erik has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Dortmund and studied Computer Science and Linguistics at University College Dublin.
